To request a refund please contact the customer service team. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days
Creating a recurring payment: You may set up a recurring payment on our customer portal by ticking the 'Save Card' option when making a payment. We do not store customer card details on our system. We store a token that we present to the card payment service provider.
Frequency of payments: We will never apply for a recurring payment on a customer's behalf. This is done by the customer through the Customer Portal. /p>
Cancellation: Cancellation of the recurring payment authority can be done on the Customer Portal by clicking the 'Remove Card' button on the payment details page. Alternatively it can be done by contacting our customer services department.
